Full Birth Package

I really believe feeling safe and having trust with your birth team is key (as with everything in life!) I want to get to know you and your partner/family and so I offer 5 2 hour antenatal meetings after our initial meeting. During these sessions we can get to know each other (bring your partner!) and we can deep dive into birth preparation. I will then be on call from 38 weeks until 42 weeks, be with you at the birth and stay with you during that golden hour and until you are settled.

I will then see you for 6 postnatal sessions (or 10-12 hours) to support those early days/weeks, however you need.
